How do I book staff for my business or private event?

 

The process of booking talent for your next event is very simple. Once we receive your booking request we check the availability of our talent that meet your specific requirements.  We will then email you resumes and photos of the talent who are availble to work your event. You will then have the option to book the talent that you would like to hire.

 

Booking requests can be made through our website by visiting the "Book Talent" page and completing the online form.  You can also contact our client services department via telephone by calling 888-803-3277.

 

How far in advance must staff be booked?

 

We request our talent be booked 3-5 weeks before your event, depending on the size and amount of talent needed. If your event is booked late it is possible that many of our talent will be booked to work with other clients.

 

How are payments made?

 

Payments can be made by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Paypal.  Once you have selected the staff you would like to use for your event, we require a 50% deposit be made to "reserve" your chosen staff for your event. This deposit is invoiced to you and is collected 30 days prior to your event date. This deposit holds or "reserves" the talent(s) of your choice so they cannot be reserved or booked by other clients. Once your event has been completed we invoice you for the remaining 50% balance due which must be paid within 5 business days from your event date. 

 

If I want themed talent for my event do you provide their costumes?

 

No we do not.  Costume clothing that is considered to be specialty outfits must be provided by you. Our staff is only required to have the basic clothing, such as professional attire, swimsuits, black and whites available.
